Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer the following shipping options for Australian orders:
- Standard Shipping — 3–7 business days | Flat rate or free over a threshold (e.g., free over $100 AUD)
- Express Shipping — 1–3 business days | Calculated at checkout
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@malliboustyle.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
